Tips to Increase Your Motivation The Habit of Making ‘To Do’ Lists

For years, I have to admit that I was a bit disorganized mainly because I was prone to distractions.  Result?  I didn’t get a lot done when I should have.

It’s been a challenge for me to write down my daily goals, but I’m determined to make writing them down a habit.   How about you?

.      .      .      .      .      .      .      .      .

Here’s some advice that has helped me:  create a ‘To Do’ list for each day to help you complete the steps needed to reach your ‘daily’ goals.

Whether it’s mundane things like taking care of something around the house or taking steps to build your home-based business, the prinicple is the same.  Create your list and follow it.

But be realistic.  Giving yourself too much to do in too short a time will make it more difficult to achieve and you will end up feeling stressed. By making your lists more manageable you set yurself up for success.

Go ahead . . . make your lists and move into action to get things done!
